About Me
With over 20 years of experience, my journey into reflexology and complementary therapies began with a simple desire to improve the health and well-being of my friends and family. This passion has since blossomed into a dedicated practice where I am honored to help others achieve greater health and balance.

Booking area and Prices
The bundle sessions are available for 3 month period. A full medical history will be taken, 10 minutes will be added to your first session when all concerns will be discussed. All treatments will be tailored to your own needs and you will also benefit of aftercare advices.
Your first treatment will last about 1 hour, including a brief 15-minute consultation to ensure there are no contraindications. Your comfort and well-being are my top priority, and I will tailor every treatment to suit your unique needs, ensuring a truly personalized experience.
Please do not book a reflexology treatment if you:
- are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- have a contagious condition as: chicken pox, measles, hepatitis B, meningitis, impetigo, ringworm.
- suffer from acute illness, fever, flu, nausea, diarrhoea and vomiting, active migraine.
- have had a major surgery or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
- Please do not book Facial Reflexology or Face Lift Treatment 3-4 weeks after fillers or Botox.
I appreciate your willing to dedicate your time experiencing reflexology, and my time is also precious for me. I would like to have from you a 24hr notice for any change.

Face treatment - 45min - £40
Face treatment includes: cleanse, exfoliate, professional hyaluronic acid serum, facial massage, 30 min. phototherapy session, final serum
Body treatment
Body treatment includes cleansing the area and 30 min Phototherapy session
- one area exposure/session - 30 min - £30

Zone Face Lift treatment - 75min session - £75
Session includes: shoulder, neck, head massage, hot stones, cleanse & hot towel, facial reflexology, Chinese medicine massage techniques, warm Gua Sha, roller, luxurious organic Elixir oil and cream. Bed with heated blanket.
Luxury Zone Face Lift Session - 75min session - £85
Session includes: full Zone Face Lift treatment as above PLUS:
- scrub + hot towel
- mask with organic products or pure organic mountain honey + hot towel
- sacred healing wood smudging (palo santo, sage)
- luxurious organic beauty awarded Elixir oil and cream.

I had two amazing experiences following the reflexology treatments with Mirela. I have prediabetes and a great craving for sweets. My legs were very sensitive and the treatment deeply relaxed me. After only 3 reflexology treatments my craving was gone almost completely, I ate only one candy in the last week. Another time I was having a deep hip pain going down my leg, making me limp. I fell asleep during the treatment. I was able to get home and the pain persisted, but much less than before.
A day after I was able to walk normally and the pain from my hip was gone!
