I have always been fascinated by complementary therapies, due to their effectiveness without side effects on the body. I discovered and started using reflexology over 20 years ago, along with other complementary therapies, trying to improve the health of my friends and family.
I have an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, trained at Richdales Institute, recognized by its outstanding results for 30 years of training in Reflexology.
I have also an ITEC Diploma in Advanced Facial Reflexology, the Ziggie Bergman method.
I had the amazing opportunity to qualify in Ziggie Bergman's most popular non-surgical face-lifting treatment, a natural alternative to Botox and Fillers. Method named Zone Face Lift combines face reflexology treatment with Japanese massage techniques and facial tools as Gua Sha and crystals.
For the best results of the treatments, I combine:
*Feet Reflexology with Hot and Cold Stone Reflexology
*Advance Facial Reflexology, hot towels and warm black obsidian tools

About Reflexology
The roots of reflexology date back to ancient Egypt, around 2000 BeE.
In reflexology, all the vital organs are mapped out on the feet, which are the mirror of the whole body. Applying the appropriate pressure, more than 7000 nerves in the feet are stimulated, clearing the neural pathways and the body returns to its natural own rhythm.
Reflexology is wonderfully relaxing... I am so happy that my clients experience a profound relief from stress, pain, leg heaviness and tension during the session!
The first treatment will take 1 hour, with a 15 minutes short consultation, necessary to ensure that any contraindications apply. Your comfort and protection is an important part of the treatment approach, and I will always adapt the treatment plan to your individual needs.

- Is in the first semester of pregnancy

Please consider the bundle sessions are available for 3 month period.
First session: A full medical history will be taken, 10 minutes will be added to your first session when all concerns will be discussed. All treatments will be tailored to your own needs and you will also benefit of aftercare advices.

I had two amazing experiences following the reflexology treatments with Mirela. I have prediabetes and a great craving for sweets. My legs were very sensitive and the treatment deeply relaxed me.
