The award winning Bergman Method has been developed over more than 20 years, based on ''Zone Therapy'' created by Dr. William Fitzgerald who studied Native Americans and their pressure point therapy. The face's proximity to the brain is the key to the effectiveness of manipulating facial reflex points which directly connect to the body's neurological pathways. By stimulating these out of balance reflexes, the vibration and electrical charge of those cells affected are improved, balancing the corresponding reflex area of the body.

Reflexology for Children
Reflexology can help children with allergies, colic, upset stomachs, constipation, insomnia, bed wetting, teething problems and more. It is recommended 30 minute Foot Reflexology treatment for Primary school aged children, and a 1 hour treatment for senior school aged children. Combined with facial reflexology, it helps the parasympathetic nervous system and allows the teens to experience a profound relaxation especially during pre GCSE and exams stress.
Please note that all children must be accompanied to their reflexology appointment by their parent or guardian .
